FaçadeSignage can play any video codec installed in Windows, and installs the K-Lite Codec Pack to have a wide coverage of media files.
After a normal installation it should be able to play MP3, MP4, MOV, AVI, WMV, MKV, VOB files and more.
If you experience one or more media files not being loaded or played, most likely you need to reinstall the codec pack.
You should:
- Uninstall the K-Lite Codec Pack from the list of installed programs
- Download and install the latest K-Lite Codec Pack full version
- Restart FaçadeSignage
